Once received and acknowledge, please give us time to verify your account with Eastwest. Upon verification, we shall contact you and book your visit.

We only accept HMO patients by appointment.
Strictly no walk-ins or on the spot availment.
Only West Avenue Branch accepts HMO. Our Maginhawa Clinic does not have HMOs.
